About Us

Hi! My name is Eliza Sidartawan, welcome! The Sweet and Salty Bakery began when I started making cakes and desserts for special occasions. When the taste and looks began being noticed and sought after, the vision of my own bakery began. 

Now the Sweet and Salty Bakery is happily serving the entire Saint Louis area. My hope is to serve desserts that are fresh, delicious, beautiful and affordable. Cupcakes, cakes and cookies are my specialty, but I absolutely love being creative and trying new things so don’t hesitate to reach out for your custom order. 

I also like working with diets, my top seller, the bullet proof coffee pods and other keto and protein items happened to bring about delicious treats for all! Working with dairy, gluten, peanut and other allergies is something else I am passionate about. No one is left out at the Sweet and Salty!
